Credid Card mis used

My credit card no [protected] has been use for purchasing an Airline ticket from Air Arabia last August 26, 2021 amounting to 1, 361.00 which is not belong to me, even the card is with me during that time. Main question is How the transaction proceed without any otp ? dispute form has been submitted on the same date. Im requesting to return the lost as im not involve in this transaction
