Purchased a wireless router last year and simply needed to reconfigure the security settings. After several personal attempts and internet research (including the 'trouble-shooting' and 'helpful hints' sections from the company's website) - I finally phoned tech support. I was told that my problem was easy to fix but that the product service warranty had expired and that if I wanted tech support I needed to buy an extended service warranty package. I will never purchase another CISCO / LINKSYS product again - furthermore, I will go out of my way to warn others against purchase of these products.
