Cranberry Extract Capsules 500mg

Hello! I use a lot of Spring Valley Vitamin Supplements. Here; lately, I have come across a few of my 500mg Cranberry Capsules with condensed(hard) pill inside the capsule. You can actually shake the capsule and see the condensed "pill" inside of it. Of course; I will not consume them. Anyone else have this problem? Thank you! Joan Hahr
