I called customer service and it was very hard to get a real person on the line once I did he was condescending rude and no help whatsoever being a great customer for several years means nothing to this company if they hire somebody like this. If you call quick trip and get a Craig employee number H783 hang up don’t waste your time. I pay my bill every month on time and they charged me a past due fee and he refused to remove it on top of being totally rude to me so therefore I will be closing my account .
