This Is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I needed replacement machine over 3 weeks ago. I was told something different every time I called. I spoke to a person that said was manager named Graham that was very rude and condescending. The sad thing is this company does not care about all the complaints or the service the provide. They do not return my phone calls or emails. I need my CPAP machine replaced . I was told Apria did not have any indication in my records of prescription. I find that hard to believe as that is where my machine is with.
