Cox is terrible

Cox service is overpriced and they have outages every day. The customer service representatives are rude and down right disrespectful to the customers. User's recommendation: Do not go with Cox use any other company but Cox.

》 I have been without ANY phone service since Monday morning, 1/25/21. I have called numerous times and been promised service would be returned at least twice, but as of today, 1/27 no service!!!!
