On Wednesday, November 18th I completed COVID testing with the CVS minute clinic in Fletcher, NC. The information provided stated I would receive results within 3-4 days. Today is Wednesday, November 25th and unfortunately I still do not have my results. Its been a week today for a service that advertises a 3-4 day turnaround time. This is very discomforting for me at this time due to the efforts of trying to ensure we do not spread the disease to loved ones around the holidays. I also paid CVS $139 for testing hoping it would make a difference with receiving results in a timely manner. In my efforts to contact CVS they have been unmoved by my concerns or the fact its taking so long to receive my results. User's recommendation: DO NOT use this option for COVID test results.
