I purchased a membership in Aug 2020 in the Hamilton area. For the past month I have not been able to book a single workout due to COVID. Yesterday, I put a freeze on my membership but it indicated it does not guarantee extended time. I do not want to pay for a membership at a gym I can't work out at. I do expect that my membership will be extended for as long as the freeze is held at no additional charge. Could you please advise?
