Covid is not the reason for their inefficiency, they do not care.

Just refinanced our mortgage for lower interest rate, great company we were with, but we ended up with Cenlar, and it has been a nightmare from first January payment, they had our payment, but said they did not, so I made a phone payment, and stopped payment on first check I sent due to them saying they had not received January payment, but in some nook or cranny they had put the first check I sent, and applied it Jan. 8th, but when I called January 13th when I made phone payment, they said they still had not received my original check, so go figure the craziness, and when I call customer service a recording is telling me the Fair Credit Act is trying to collect my delinquent January payment, and no statement has been mailed to me for February, so my credit score will probably be affected even though I paid bill, these people are just plain inefficient. We need to be told who will be handling our mortgage, but we are given no option, this company has an almost 0 rating maybe 1. User's recommendation: Make sure Cenlar is not your mortgage company.
