my 88yr old mom with stage 4 bladder cancer just ate at 270 New Britian Ave, Plainville,ct restaurant from3:34-4:30 for dinner. The white waitress that came on shift around 4pm, wearing a paper blue mask, was not covering her nose at anytime that we observed while there. She continually went into the kitchen, behind the bar, brought food to her table, and was talking to other employees behind the bar , merely inches from their face, including our waitress. There were many other employees seeing this , including a supervisor, no one said anything. I will not go back during covid again. really. please address. User's recommendation: managment should be paying more attention to covid protocol and call out anyone in a resturant setting.
