Covid 19 is preventing my trip

I booked a trip to round trip to Rome back in January. My flight is on April 19th. I need to cancel if possible. I can't reschedule at this time as I don't know when it will be safe. Also I bought flight insurance but didn't get any information from you (other than it's listed on the e-ticket). I don't know who it's with.
