I am a homeowner and I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with Courtney Olson. This is the fourth house I have sold, and I have NEVER had such a horrible experience as this one. Ms. Olson is demanding, uncompromising, extremely aggressive, and over the top Obnoxious! If you are selling your home, my advice to you is run in the opposite direction if Ms. Olson brings you a buyer. She will make your life Miserable! Our house is in good condition, and yet she insisted on having certified contractors come out to look at our roof, crawl space, and electrical outlets. We were in the process of setting up appointments ourselves, when to our surprise Ms. Olson sent over her own contractors, (probably friends of hers) without our knowledge, or consent. Is that even legal? These contractors came into our house to give bids, but refused to speak to us, the homeowners, because they were instructed to only talk to Ms. Olson. She made every step of the selling process a complete nightmare! We should have rejected her buyers right away. I am putting this review out there because I don't want any other seller to have to endure this despicable real estate agent!
