coupon recently purchased

I purchased a coupon for a credit for money off a meal at Mel's diner in Los Angeles, CA from the website living social. The voucher wasn't used although we had lunch there. I contacted Living social to receive a trade in credit and an agent Sebastian R was less than remotely professional or accommodating. Sounds like the end of a business relationship over $13.50 that could have been corrected by a credit to my account for other goods and services locally, something that they have done for me in the past. Pathetic but I am going to make sure consumers are aware!! To me it's fraud!
