Coupon offer

I purchased your water at Kroger's. On this case of water had a website to contact for a coupon for free 8pk of flavored spring water. I received the coupon with a letter stating Ice mountain flavor water was not available. So you sent coupons for Deer Park flavored water. However this too isn't offered . I'm trying to get this matter rectified please
