This has to be one of the biggest scams going. "Joe Gamez", I'm I'm sure that not his real name, pulls into my driveway as I'm trying to leave my house. He tells me "Dude, Ive got some really great "restaurant" meat in the back of my truk that I can let you have at 25 cents on the dollar. Okay, I'm stupid and i fell for it. He sells me 5 boxes of "PRIME" meat for $350.00. Again, stupid me thinks I got a great deal for 100lbs of "PRIME" meat. WHAT HE SOLD ME IS GARBAGE!! The meat was tough, tastless and since it's frozen and pumped full of a sodium and water solution, at least 25% of the weight leaks out of the "meat" when you defrost it. I wouldn't serve this meat at a cafeteria to the homeless. GAMEZ is supposed to be an independent dealer in the San Fancisco Bay areaworking for COUNTRY PRIME FOODS. He told me , and it was stated on the receipt that he gave me the meat was fully guantied and backed 100% by COUNTRY PRIME FOODS. When I called the 188*-580-**** number to voice my complaint, they told me that I had 73 hours to "exchange" the meat for some other selection otherwise I as stuck with my purchase. Calls to GAMEZ were not returned. THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM!! THIS GUY AND THE COMPANY HE REPRESENTS ARE CROOKS! Please, listen to my heed, I was not smart. The old saying, if it's too good to be true, then guess what....it is. Shame on me but now you have fair warning, these people are crooks! Don't make the same stupid mistake that I did.
