When has been for awhile. Dealing with the rudeness because my dog loved going here enough had to be enough! It happened every time I was checking my dog in for daycare. The one counselor turned her back to me when I approached the desk. (O and G) I received an apology from one of the counselors for making me feel uncomfortable. So glad I left that place! Would not recommend.
