Council that needs a review

Back about 7 yrs ago I was a Grand Knight at Council 7744. What a mess!! No files were kept in order. The treasurer refused to keep a ledger book. The members were very rude and impolite. The District Deputy would not intervene since he wanted his click to be intact. There was a strong click in the council. When my term was done, I left the council and transferred to Council 9551. I have heard that things haven't changed. It has gone worst.
