Couldn’t resolve it with XPO brokerage in Dublin OH

We've hauled a drop trailer load with XPO with drop time between 48 to 72 hours. In the meanwhile receiver gave us offloading time of 5 days and not less than that. And told that XPO knew about that too. XPO re-assured us that it would not be the case... Needless to say, that trailer was empty after 6 days...More to that XPO couldn't give us detention policy 5 days.. After all we were offered 435 per day!
