Couldn’t log in, many emails, calls no response

I signed up for $39.00 home study course on Zacks.com. It consisted of 5 videos. You have 30 days to complete. At approx 12 in to the time frame the User ID and password no longer worked. I emailed them and awaited a response. No answer. Sent another email about not being able to log in. No response. Called and left a very direct message on voicemail. No response. Sent another email to the head person of the home study course Kevin M. Still no response. Then they sent me an offer to buy another service from them. I returned it. Very disappointed in doing business with Zacks.com
