Couldn’t log into my account

I made an account with Care.com and paid for a year subscription. I was able to get into my account once to post my add. But, since then I have not been able to get into my account. I tried making a new password but when I changed my password and tried to sign in it kept saying the password/email was wrong. So, I ended up having to make a different account with a different email. Paid AGAIN but this time just for a monthly subscription. I would like to use my original account with my year subscription. User's recommendation: Good luck —there is no easy way to get this fix if it happens to you.
