Couldn’t get no one to help with my flight because I couldn’t get in it because of the 36 hrs COVID results

I when to get my Covid pcr on Friday got my results on Saturday and send it On Saturday coul get my Covid pcr done on Thursday because of the 72 hrs so got it done on Friday snd got my results on Saturday after noon and my flight was on Sunday at 1am they told me I couldnt fly so whats going to happen of my flight that i was on Saturday at 11 pm to check in and I was trying to get hold of someone on the phone no luck and on website same thing I wan to get my flight for next 8/13/21 if possible
