For decades, nitrates and nitrites have been in the news about how dangerous they are. I would gladly buy uncured bacon and products that were frozen (if this is the solution), if the price was comparable to the cured products. Please consider this change. User's recommendation: Buy only uncured or products without nitrates and nitrites.
