I tried several ways of getting help. NO success WHATSOEVER!!!! it would have been nice to actually get ahold of somebody. it would have been nice to actually talk to a real person maybe I would purchase the cards directly from the source and cut out the middleman but I can't do that it won't work that way and the customer service system is nothing but a farce. User's recommendation: purchase from other vendors.
