Could have been better for the money.

Yeah, it’s a perfectly constructed website with an intuitive menu and properly arranged catalogs. I liked the descriptions and thought I would stop here to shop for a massive pack of goods I will need in a month. I paid for the products but received nothing;I had been waiting for about two months until I got what I wanted;I didn’t get any financial compensation or at least an excuse from the management. The quality of the products was fine, but the parcel was so late that I had to buy what I needed with more expensive price tags at one of the local brick-and-mortar stores. Steel feeling a bit disappointed. Everything could have been better with a stable delivery and more responsive customer support.

I agree with the last sentence. I have a very sad experience, they sent me a laptop without a power supply and did not want to send it, I already thought that such a cheap price is there because it is not included in the package. But in the end they just forgot to put it.
