Couch Review

We bought a couch from Cohens corner brook 2 years ago. Immediately after purchasing it the fabric began to pill badly. We contacted the retail store(cohens) and asked to have it replaced. They stated that pilling is normal and that we would have to live with it. It's funny that they didn't mention this when we bought it. After repeated phone calls they finally sent a service person to "shave" the fabric. This removed the majority of the pilling and lasted for about 2 weeks to a month, after which it began again. Since then we have shaved the pilling a number of times but the couch gets worse each time and we're ready to throw it out. STAY AWAY FROM COHENS, they don't believe in customer service and don't value their customers!!!
