I bought couch and I am not happy with the quality of this product I would like to send it back get a full refund but its assembled and it would take a van to send it back. The product is showing heavy wear and and all the back panels are already moving the back pillows are wearing in badly. I would accept a 50% refund if I can't send it back so I can have a repair done. I need to resolve this matter I bought it on Amazon and 99% of the time I am very satisfied with all products I have bought I heard of Furniture Mania and its a very reliable and great company with wonderful customer service and products. Please help me resolve this issue. I am sure this be resolved and I will be a happy customer and buy other products From Furniture Mania .
