Cottonwood Futons completely ripped me off

I bought two futons for Christmas. One was of horrible quality, the other was defective. I called the company and requested information on returning the defective one. They never responded. I called several times and wrote several emails. I never got a response. I filed a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office - Consumer Protection Division. The company never responded to them. I filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau. They did not respond to them either. I have no recourse other than to file a claim in small claims court but even that does not guarantee a refund. Got totally ripped off here.
