I had purchased a King Size cot on Aug 1st 2021 i got a wrong model cot on Aug 20th, i called to store manager tumkur road Sunil, Sharath, Siddu, Eshwar and cancel the cot on 20th same day and next day 21st visited the store and told to cancel and pick the wrong cot which is delivered. after many followup they pick up the wrong cot on 29th Aug but still my money is not written back every day from Aug 2nd i visit the store they give biscuit telling today we will cancel and refund i have also spoken and raised a concern with customer care did not work i have also called head office banglaore Banaswadi to Mr Suresh, and ali but not working i do not know how do i get refund where the material is not there with me Regards Suresh Babu U
