Every time I call, I'm on hold for an hour. Service is extremely unpleasant. I ordered hand held machine , controller stopped working . I sent it back to be fixed, they sent and old used machine with old rusty tips and to top it off, that one didn't even work. I'm reporting their machine the the board of health and I want my refund that I never received. Lousy service and lousy products!! User's recommendation: Find another business other then this business.
