Costco said room of choice

If I could give this company a 0 star,I would! They have horrible delivery personnels and my product said room of choice and they could not put it on the second floor. The delivery guy even comment "I don't want to hurt my back". I don't know why he chose this job if he would not comply to his job duties! I got to lift a patie t that is 600lbs.because it is my job description! It is very frustrating with this company as we paid for the delivery fee!!! User's recommendation: Costco needs to listen TO CUSTOMER and find BEST DELIVERY!!!!
