COSTCO NEEDS TO DROP XPO

This is bar none, the worse delivery service ever. Costco should drop their affiliation with this company as it gives them a bad reputation for even working with these people. Where do you start?!? 1st, Delivery was scheduled for 2.5 weeks after order was made. They want YOU to call them to schedule and be put on hold for an hour. We needed a new washer and basically had to wait to wash all of my Hospital work clothes until then. I work in a COVID19 environment. They delivered but was unable to install our washer/dryer because they couldnt get a water hose off the wall. So they left....I got the hose off myself when I got home with some WD40. They then proceeded to complete the order so they were unable to schedule another delivery and told us wed have to schedule a service. The only phone number is to customer service and customer service is disconnected from their local warehouse. We managed to somehow get a warehouse number and they scheduled another service/delivery. Service guys came and there was NO stacking kit and no one knows where it went. User's recommendation: Do not buy appliances from Costco if XPO is delivering.
