The shoes I ordered are too big. I called customer service and they would not put me through to someone in customer service. The gal said she would "take a message and they would get back to me" 4 days later I have not heard from anyone! The closest store is 1 hour from me and I would like a postage paid label, I don't think I should have to pay for shoes that don't fit.
