Customer service and cleanliness of work area is poor. We come to Braums almost every Sunday evening. The staff although they do their job are not friendly and deffinately do not appear to be happy. They do not greet us nor say anything about when they will be with us even when there is no line in front of us. The prep counter they prepare the ice cream request is filthy. The floor is filthy with trash on itt User's recommendation: More customer service training. Demand a clean environment.
