I am looking to make interest only payments on my loan to help stay afloat thorough this crazy time. In doing so, I called them (11 AM Pacific) and the call goes through a long string of options and then says no one is available to help and disconnects. I go to the website (loansolutioncenter.com) to try to register and it won't let me register. I called three different phone numbers and all eventually get disconnected. This company does not seem interested at in helping people get through this crisis. I am hoping that my loan gets sold to another bank. All of my other mortgages are handled by banks that respond and help. This is the worst company I have worked with on this issue as there is no way of getting ahold of them. User's recommendation: Stay Away - not there for you in trying times.
