I got a replacement unit but had no place to charge, sent back that unit and got another unit with same issue, called tech support and asked why there is no place to charge. Knowledgeable person said that I have to swap the battery from the old unit. They send a unit without battery. Today going to try and open the 4 screws as suggested and will try and swap. Hope I can do this . If I cannot I will call and ask for help. Overall very happy with Shark, have 3 different types of cordless vacuums. Thanks Nitesh 864-873-****
