Cookie cutters
*SOLVED

I wanted to purchase some cookie cutters. I am particular about avoiding Chinese manufactured goods especially for food preparation. I emailed customer service inquiring about the country of origin for the GSA branded cutters and was told that they were unequivocally made in the USA. Accordingly, I placed nearly a $ 200.00 order only to have the box arrive with EVERY single cookie cutter clearly marked "heche in Chine". It will undoubtedly take weeks for the money to be refunded to my credit card, and I am out both the money and the ability to complete my Christmas baking plans. I fault GSA for taking their business off shore in the first place and then lying about it when a straight forward inquiry is received. Do you really want some Chinese pot metal cookie cutters held together with lead solder to be part of your homemade gift to your friends and family? Buy American. Boycott this store.
