13 weeks before repairs completed in my refrigerator (control board for defrost) and stove (burner switch). Searched internet to locate part, could have been delivered with in 10 days from China. Everyone needs to file a complaint...do not take a cash out...file your complaints with your state attorney general's office in your state. Providing copy of your contract, dates, names of people, phone numbers, contractor names and phone numbers of all you spoke with! This goes beyond just Appliances...heat and air, electrical, plumbing. Scamming everyone to take a cash out rather than repairing or replacement of items. HELP Attorney General's of all states!!!
