Contract expiry ignored

I had a contract with Support by PC which expired in December 2020. They have continually attempted to process the monthly charge since that time. I have contacted Bank of America and they have credited the monthly charges, for January, February and March but I want this discontinued. Contacting this company is a joke, I have left 3 Voice Messages and managed after much effort to send two emails to which I have received no response. In another 10 days I believe they will attempt processing this charge again, but I have every attention to stop them. The bank and I are working closely on this charade and will continue to do so. Meanwhile evidence is being filed and retained for future action. If you have the ability to contact this 'company' please advise them to stop any further attempts to process the monthly charge. Thank you.
