Contract Bait & Switch & Quality Problems: Major Solution Found!

Update by user Nov 10, 2020 I had fire services plus other products from Cintas but I was unable to add them below. Original review posted by user Nov 09, 2020 I signed a 5-year contract and only 3-months afterwards, they started increasing the prices even though the salesperson said that they would not change. One year after signing the contract, my prices had increased by 45%. The quality of the service was not too good and it seemed like they were just gouging me and did not care they were doing it. They pointed to the contract where they could increase the prices whenever they wanted to, and so I had to do something. I wasn't going to wait until I was paying double. Through researching on the internet, I found a company called Uniform Bright www.UniformBright.com, and they were able to help me. I sent pictures of the merchandise, he reviewed the contract, invoices and statements and started sending out letters, talking with the uniform rental company and soon my prices started to drop but I still wasn't happy with them, so I decided to cancel them anyways. The company that helped me sent out contract cancellation notices to Cintas due to them breaching the contract. Once we cancelled them, I was in a very strong position with pictures, legal letters and a file full of all of their quality problems. When I cancelled I never got one letter or ever heard from them again.
