Continuously charges my account

I have spoken to several people in regard to this I was told there is no account associated with my email, yet still I can log in I have told them to shut down my account, and they pretty much choose when they want to charge me I am exhausted with this because it won't be charged for a while and then boom all of a sudden its changed. I have asked for several refunds and was told no. My account is open but yet still when I ask them to shut my account down they cannot seem to find my account thats associated with my email, makes no sense to me but I have reached my max with these people and would like a refund for all charges make to my account. User's recommendation: Don’t open any account even when you try to cancel, you will still be charged!
