CONTINUOUSLY bad service, ignored promises

As of today...as SO many other times, too numerous to count now...they've miss led me! Today cancelling an appointment three hours before it was to occur, and stranding mr, a paraplegic in bed for another, ohh three weeks? Parts I paid for five months ago, and arrived three months ago, were missing items, due to a mistake by some staff member at their Denver location. Their LONG term manager has left this franchise after a decade -wonder why ?, and the person left to manager, is in over her(or just incompetent)! After spending tens of thousands of dollars I find myself WISHING someone else would get the Permobile contract for the Denver region!.
