continuing product malfunction and service department complaint

1

Recently bought a brand new 2020 Travel Lite Evoke Model L travel trailer. Purchased on the date of 05/23/2019 from RV Station Katy located in Texas. After being reassured that the Travel Trailer was ready to go and to there satisfaction. I drove it home on the date listed above to have my FIRST issue occur. The outside shower door came open due to a loose nut on the door. My shower head was damaged due to dragging across the highway. Second NIGHTMARE occurred on 05/28/2019. Being a new RV owner i parked it in my driveway to finally hook it up to electricity and run through setting it up by myself for the first time. To find multiple problems. List ( Sink and Shower leaking water onto floor, Decorative lights on the front of the RV not operating properly, LED remote for inside the RV not working, screws missing on drive side front finder, water leaking under camper after hooking up to city water connection with pressure reg, Front underbody pealing and coming up). Dealership was contacted and spoke with the service manager Tom Guerra. They had a hotshot driver come pick up the trailer for service. Was notified it was done and ready for pick up on 06/06/2019. Drove to Katy to the dealership to find that some of the issues were not resolved. Water still leaking onto floor in the shower, decorative lights not replaced, rear window curtain hanging because a screw was somehow stripped from the wall. Service manager was spoken to. To act surprised that there were still issues. And he (Tom Guerra) told me that i was notified that the front lights were not replaced due to manufacturer not having them. Which i pulled up txt messages and voice mails to NEVER have found him telling me that. Also told by him that i will always run into issues like this and that it is normal. I drove that travel a total of 4 hours to have this many problems. So i wasted my time coming to pick up this trailer. Left the dealership dissatisfied with my trailer. On the way home had another NIGHTMARE occur. The right rear brake drum locked up causing a safely concern to me towing it home. Smoke and Sparks coming from the brake drum. Now is being serviced at a local shop on the date of 06/08/2019 for brake service. So now it will be getting serviced for the second time. And will still need to go back to the RV Station of Katy for the THIRD time of the initial repairs that were not resolved. I think that this is both a Dealership Issue and Manufacture.
