First of all it took several weeks for my case to be delivered. Since I've paid and received my case 4 months ago they have been deducting $12.43 from my account each month. Shame on me for not catching it sooner. The number that comes up on my bank account statement is a Verizon number that is not available. I have left several messages on the number from their website and sent emails with no response.
