This company is awful. At first they would not let me cancel after their service was not in available in my area. They thought it was no problem for me to drive 45 + minutes to some other possible trainer. then even after my disputing it and I got email they are not charging me they charged me 3 more time and I am afraid they will again unless I call my bank, which will cost me. Extremely unethical company.
