Continual problems with cashing monthly payments and not applying them

Since Businessolver has become the administrator of the State of NJ COBRA insurance in Oct. 2020, they have repetitively cashed my monthly payments and not applied it to my account, causing my health benefits to "lapse" in the system for non-payment. This has happened to me four months in a row: having my mail order prescription drug company deny me coverage and my doctor's office's being denied payment. Each time that this has happens it takes me several days and several hours on the phone get a Businessolver supervisor to rectify the problem; with each one of them saying that the problem is all cleared-up and will never happen again - wrong! I am currently waiting for one of their supervisors to respond to a Case # that I opened three days ago; which was supposed to be responded within 24 hours. In my opinion, Businessolver is committing fraud each time it receives my payment, deposits it into their Wells Fargo bank account and never credits my account without first being called to task to do so. This repetitive wrongful deception is criminal. User's recommendation: If you can, never do business with this company.
