Continual disappointment

In December my husband's Ford Ranger went in to Motomid to have injectors replaced as the bakkie was continually smoking when he would start or rev it. They then did a software update as well and as it was still smoking after that they replaced the Turbo. In February of 2017 the bakkie was still smoking and they told him that they suspect the motor was damaged and breaking. On March 13th he took his bakkie in for it's 60 000km service and because the bakkie was still smoking he told them that he wants his bakkie repaired properly. He Then had to keep phoning them to find out what is going on with his bakkie. On March 24th he finally received his bakkie and it was profusely leaking oil. He then took the bakkie back on Monday, March 27th, they then told him that they will look into the problem and finally agreed into giving him a loan vehicle which he did not have previously. He continually has to phone them to find out what is going on which ends up costing him unnecessary air time as all they keep saying is "we're looking into the problem" or "it is the turbo" (which was replaced in December!) Yesterday, April 6th, he contacted Motomid and they told him that the bakkie only need to go for a road test today and then he could come and collect it. When he phoned them 30 minutes ago they told him that once again they have to work on his bakkie because when it went for a road test it cut out and now needs to be checked again. We are absolutely fed up and he has told them that they need to replaced the complete motor and not just parts here and there. He has been without his vehicle for almost a month now and all we are getting from Motomid is excuses after excuses.
