First they kept calling us every half-hour or so to tell us they're running late of the scheduled time on the day of our move (this went on the whole day). Finally they told us they have to reschedule the next day! Very late the next day, they finally showed up and took their sweet time packing & loading our stuff. The final straw was when they handed us the bill and it was at least 3x the estimate. When we pointed that out, the driver told me they have to stop right there & leave our belongings on the street. They mostly left out the heavy furniture on the street at this point. I cannot believe how rude this guy is. After we paid him all the extras he charged us for, they finally started unloading stuff again then after a while told us he miscalculated and was asking us for more money and with the same threat of stopping the job and leaving our stuff on the street. At this time, it was really getting very late. It took them endless hours to move a 2-br home to a location 30 min. away. I really felt we were being robbed and felt very helpless. Unpacking, we found out that with the outrageous amount they charged us for the packing materials, they still managed to break almost every item we hold precious. A lot of the were missing too probably because passersby helped themselves to them as no one's in the truck to mind them. These movers were the most unprofessional inefficient and rude people I have ever met. Spare yourself the frustration and stay away from them! Tried BBB, didn't resolve anything...
