Contact with Zumiez to cancel an order

Hello, I have a problem with an order I've made by mistake, and I want to cancel it without any charges, but the company is not replying to my emails. Unfortunately I cannot contact with them trough telephone number because I'am currently in Spain and I don't have a US number. What should I do?
