Contact corporate for payment reporting

I had to contact office in their corporate location for getting correct payment and credits on my credit files, which they are still not reporting in a timely manner, but get ahold of the corporate location to get onto the billing dept. which they hated but I WANT CREDIT FOR MY PAYMENTS...
