My sister in law ordered a subscription to this magazine. she passed in Sept. 2016 When we called, last November, to cancel her subscription, they refused to pay for, and automatically deducted 3 months, even though no one would receive or read it claiming that were supposedly already printed, (though how that's NEWS, I'll never figure out). I accidentally destroyed the check thinking it was junk mail. I have contacted them numerous times, at least 8 times now, asking for the refund. Here is is mid August, and I still have not received the refund due her estate. not businesslike, not fair, stealing from people. you should be ashamed.
